Spiral with lower and wider profile for faster dough development at lower rpm’s. High efficiency Paddle. Round design Center column to improve dough and batter flow. Reducing mixing time.

Paddle designed in-house for optimal mixing performance.

PROGRAMMING:

The Multimixer has settings for low and high speeds. However, to meet various mixing conditions, using Spiral or Paddle, low speed can be programmed anywhere between 60 to 120 rpm’s. High speed from 120 to 200 rpm’s. Combine this with time and save as a program.
